The Lollipop Max has a traditional cottage design and is the perfect place for your children to host parties or sleepovers and guaranteed to make them enjoy time outdoors.

The 9x7 playhouse includes decking, which will provide your children with even more playing space. This is fantastic option for garden tea parties during the summer, or putting chairs and tables outside.

We recommend the decking as a great additional extra, as it provides a solid and secure base for your children. And is crucial during the winter as it will keep them off any muddy ground so you don't have to worry about them keeping it clean!

As an additional option with the Lollipop Max range, you have a choice of two charming picket fences. By choosing to add picket fencing to the playhouse, you will be provided with additional space for toys or children’s furniture.

Picket fence B is a small fence option for added style. The two side fence sections are 1ft11"/586mm wide. The two front fence sections are also 1ft11"/586mm wide.

Or, you can opt for picket fence D, this is the largest picket fence option available which provides an enclosed play space that also helps to keep your garden tidy.The two side fence sections are 3ft10"/1172mm wide. The two front fence sections are 1ft11"/586mm wide.

The Lollipop Max features four large fixed windows, with two at the sides of the playhouse and two at the front. It also features a charming stable door.

The windows help to create a light and airy feel, meaning your children have plenty of light shining in when they play. The styrene glazing material used for the windows is durable and easy to clean.

The BillyOh Mad Lollipop Max playhouse has been designed using tongue and groove construction. This is our strongest panel construction and gives you a smooth engineered finish. The rustic appeal means the Gingerbread Max sticks to an authentic look, perfect for classical garden styles.

The tongue and groove construction also gives the unit its brilliant strength, providing brilliant weather protection. The interlocking panels mean that water can’t enter the building, as well as protecting the joints from long term damage issues.

Also supplied with the Lollipop Max is a solid sheet roof. Like the floor, this is pre-cut to size intended for a simple and easy installation. This is included as part of the price for the playhouse to give you fantastic value for money.

An upgrade to T&G roof is also offered to your playhouse so that it can withstand the harshest weather conditions without requiring any maintenance.

We also supply a tongue and groove floor as part of our Lollipop Max Playhouse package. Which is perfect if you plan to store larger and heavier items inside. T&G floors can provide a strong foundation because of its durable interlocking construction.

The T&G floor will not only provide a stable foundation to the playhouse, but also keeps water and other harsh elements from entering the shed.

To make the process of delivery and handover as straightforward as possible, each one of the wooden panels designed, have been pre-engineered to be able to fit through a standard front door.

We appreciate that it’s not always easy to get access to your own back garden, so we do the hard work so you don't have too.
